Out of Hours
Should you have a genuine medical emergency and require a doctor urgently Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday before 8.15am or after 6.30pm or Thursday before 8.15am or after 1.00pm or at anytime over the weekend or bank holidays please telephone our out of hours emergency number on 111

Appointments
Consultations at the surgery are by appointment only and may be made in advance. Appointments may be made by telephoning 01543 378594 or by calling in at the surgery.  Patients may see the doctor of their choice by appointment, though there may be a delay if you wish to see a specific doctor.

Cancelling your Appointment
If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone or use the link at the bottom of this page to cancel your appointment. By giving us as much notice as you can you are helping us to make sure that someone else is given your slot.

From 1st June 2015, all patients have a named GP. Please ask a member of staff for information.

Holland Park Surgery has its own warfarin anticoagulation service which is available 5 days per week . This service is not only for patients who are registered at the practice but anybody who is registered elsewhere and feel it may be easier to access.

For further information please contact the surgery and ask to speak to the warfarin nurse on duty.

Optometrists providing the Minor Eye Conditions

“GP practices in Walsall are advising patients of the Minor Eye Condition service provided by local Optometrists( Opticians).

Often patients presenting with a number of eye complaints are referred to their local opticians.

If you are suffering from sore eyes, red eyes or visual disturbances, then please contact your local Opticians from the list provided. “
